EVENTS AND WEDDINGS ADDENDUM
This Addendum applies to all Bookings for weddings, civil partnerships, corporate events, sporting events, school proms, road shows, group transfers and all other event-related Services. It is supplemental to the Master Terms and Conditions and, in the event of conflict, this Addendum shall prevail.
EW.1 Full Pre-Payment Requirement
EW.1.1 All event and wedding Bookings require full payment of the total Booking value no later than 14 days prior to the event date, or at the time of Confirmation if the Booking is made within 14 days of the event.
EW.1.2 Where a non-refundable deposit has been paid at the time of Booking, the balance of the total Booking value shall be payable in accordance with EW.1.1.
EW.1.3 Failure to make payment in full by the due date shall entitle the Company to treat the Booking as cancelled and to retain all amounts paid as a cancellation charge, without further liability.
EW.2 Cancellation Terms (Events)
EW.2.1 The following cancellation schedule applies to event and wedding Bookings:

EW.2.2 All deposits paid in connection with event or wedding Bookings are non-refundable in all circumstances as specified in Clause 6.2 of the Master Conditions.
EW.2.3 Where the event itself is cancelled or postponed by the venue, third party organiser or any party other than the Company, the Customer shall remain liable for the applicable cancellation charge. The Company is not liable for the consequences of any event cancellation.
EW.3 Timing, Logistics and Liability Shield
EW.3.1 The Company shall use its reasonable endeavours to execute the event transport itinerary as confirmed. However, all event timings are subject to the Company's general exclusions in respect of delays under Clause 8 of the Master Conditions.
EW.3.2 The Company shall not be liable for:

any disruption to a ceremony, reception, dinner or event arising from any delay in arrival or departure of any Vehicle;

any disruption arising from the conduct of other road users, venues or third party event organisers;

any failure to adhere to a timetable provided by the Customer where such timetable could not reasonably be met having regard to prevailing conditions; or

any reputational, emotional or financial loss arising from any timing failure.
EW.3.3 The Customer accepts that the Company's liability in respect of any event Booking is capped in accordance with Clause 19 of the Master Conditions.
EW.4 Vehicle Allocation Lock-In
EW.4.1 Where specific Vehicles or a specific fleet configuration has been allocated to an event Booking, the cost of such allocation is locked in and remains payable by the Customer regardless of whether all Vehicles are utilised.
EW.4.2 Reductions in the number of Vehicles or Passengers required after Confirmation shall not entitle the Customer to any reduction in the Booking value.
