AU.1  Prohibited Conduct

AU.1.1  You agree that you will not use the Platform to:

• make any false, speculative or malicious Booking or any Booking you have no intention of honouring;

• impersonate any other person, company or entity, or misrepresent your identity or authority;

• transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, threatening or otherwise unlawful;

• upload or introduce any virus, malware, ransomware, spyware, trojan or other malicious code;

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, database or network operated by or on behalf of the Company;

• systematically extract, copy, harvest or scrape any data, content or information from the Platform using any automated means;

• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform; or

• engage in any conduct that interferes with, disrupts or places an unreasonable burden on the Platform or its infrastructure.

 

AU.2  Account Security

AU.2.1  Where the Platform requires you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

AU.2.2  You must notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach at: info@harringtons-of-london.com.

 

AU.3  Content Standards

AU.3.1  Any communication submitted through the Platform, including booking instructions, messages or reviews, must not:

• contain any content that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening or offensive towards the Company's staff, drivers or other users;

• make any false or misleading statement about the Company, its Services or its personnel; or

• infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.

 

AU.4  Enforcement and Access Restriction

AU.4.1  The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Platform immediately and without notice upon any actual or suspected breach of this Policy.

AU.4.2  The Company reserves the right to co-operate fully with law enforcement authorities and to disclose any information about a user's activity on the Platform to such authorities where required or permitted by law.

AU.4.3  The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from the suspension or termination of access where such suspension or termination is attributable to the user's breach of this Policy.

 

AU.5  Liability

AU.5.1 You shall fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Acceptable Use Policy or any applicable law in connection with your use of the Platform.
